seared breast and leg confit on a red cabbage and apple slaw

Manchego accompanied wild honeycomb, candied walnuts,

The evening will include a five-course dinner featuring Idaho ingredients and our winemaker Tim Harless. We will be pairing past, current and new vintages of Hat Ranch and Vale Wines.
