Sauvignon Blanc 2016 – New Release  – Gold Medal, Cascadia Wine Competition
Our Estate Grown Sauvignon Blanc features compelling aromatics of cut lemongrass and tropical fruit.  Lively acidity and balanced minerality enhance flavors of kiwi, grapefruit and lime zest.  Pairs classically with light fish, shellfish, salads and goat cheeses.

Dry Moscato 2015  – Silver Medal, Idaho Wine Competition
Fermented to dryness, expect the unexpected! Hints of lime and grapefruit. Pair with prosciutto-wrapped melon or a lightly seasoned grilled Idaho trout and asparagus.

Dry Moscato 2016 – Coming Soon!  – Silver Medal, Cascadia Wine Competition

Hat Trick White 2015  – Silver Medal, SF Chronicle Competition
A fruity white blend of Moscato, Riesling, and Chardonnay. We hope this Hat Trick scores with you. An easy-going White before dinner or with your delicate dishes.

Tempranillo 2013
Tempranillo gets its name from “Temprano” meaning early in Spanish and is the dominant variety in Spain.  The Snake River Valley’s warm days and cool nights make Tempranillo ideally suited for this region and we believe the proof is in the bottle!  Enjoy with bolder meat dishes and aged Spanish cheeses.

Malbec 2014  – New Release
Inky and dense with notes of ripe plum and currant on the nose.  The palate is rewarded with layers of dark chocolate and smoke. Toasty but subtle oak balances the finish. This full bodied red wine pairs with grilled meats and a side of balsamic glazed roasted vegetables

Hat Trick Red 2013
The Hat Trick, an “achievement based on threes,” has found its way into the sports world typically meaning three goals or scores. We think that this blend of three grapes, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Syrah, is a “Hat Trick” all on it’s own.

Petit Verdot 2014 – Coming Soon! – Silver Medal, Cascadia Wine Competition
Aromas of black cherry lead with hints of clove and sage.  Flavors of currant and plum with firm but balanced tannins for aging potential make for a long finish.  Pair with aged cheese, smoked or barbecued meats. A big boy!
